At the end of January found a very low mileage Vectra Sri, my son already had a Vectra Elite estate Cdi auto which was not Ulez friendly. I called and spoke to Ben who explained how good the Sri was, with lovely service history also a dual fuel, rather rare. I paid a deposit and agreed collection on a Saturday, my son in Surrey and I’m in the West Midlands and the car was In Leeds. We arrived, drove the car, Ben checked our car the part exchange. Ben explained the 3 month warranty and did all the paperwork. We left very happy, my son dropped off and when he arrived home the coolant light had come on ( yellow ) the near side electric window switch didn’t work and there was an intermittent clonk from the front, after some crazy advice my son was being given, I told him to get the car up here and it can go into my garage. If it proved to be a head gasket Ben had told me to get the car back up to him and he would provide me with another car while he repaired our new one. The leaked transpired to be the coolant tank, the seal was leaking, we changed the window switch and the knock was a link rod. While it was in and all sorted we changed both headlights and it has made the look fantastic.. When we have a need to change another one of our cars I will happily give Ben a call in the hope he can supply us with another. An unexpectedly tremendous experience being able to find a seventeen year old car with 52000 miles and sold to us by Ben from Castle Motors

So where do i start. I bought a b class from ben in end of January with very short notice for appointment. When i turns up he offers me some tea aswell. In later afternoon i have decided to buy the b class and left. Fcouple weeks later there was some funny problem with the car but when we put diagnostics in it dont shows up, so ben offer me free gear box servcie which cost 670pound. Then 2 weeks later the problem comes back then i bought the car back to him again. And this time he find Mercedes mechanic to fix the car for 200 pound and then the problem never come back since . He is very honest man and good man. used cars wont be perfect some times is all about the after sale service, ben have surely did great customer service and look after his customers like me. I Highly recommend him because his honest and his aftersale servcie, not many dealer are like him anymore Will be back again soon for another car.
