A surprisingly good experience in the 2nd hand car market. Ben is a really nice chap, friendly and helpful, allowed me to take as much time as I wanted with no pressure. His 25yrs trade experience means he understands the whole process and guided me through all the questions I had and made some useful suggestions. While I didnt get the deal I had initially hoped for (possibly a bit unrealistic!) I came away satisfied with the buy+sell prices. His help with the DVLC papers was invaluable.
